Cancellation Policy
Reservations, Cancellations & Payment Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
• Same-Day Cancellations: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will apply. Any deposit paid may be applied toward this fee.
• No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.
Please note, A 3 % credit card processing fee will be added to all transactions. Cash and Zelle payments do not have this fee.
